It’s worth taking a hike in the mountains! Convenience is overrated in my opinion. Anything worth having is worth fighting for right? When you finally arrive, you find yourself in the most majestic places. Places that look untouched to the human hand. Exactly as nature intended it.
Go where no one else will go! Create what no one else is creating!
My day with Shannon was incredible. Our little mini-hike was rather icy. At one point I just started heading down the trail as if I had a snowboard under my feet. I’ll just say this. I’m happy I didn’t fall over the edge because who knows what kind of fall that would’ve been. It’s part of the adventure I suppose.
Next on the must-have list is better hiking shoes. That just didn’t cut it.
I have a list of places I’ll be heading to this year. They’re so close to home but still so far away. To arrive on these unreal mountain peaks will take effort and intention. That means that the people I’ll be spending my time with will also be determined, goal-oriented and visionaries. They’ll be able to handle the elements, as well as any unexpected events.
